• The accuracy of work is improved since AI-powered machines and robots do not make mistakes.

However, there are some negative effects of AI on employment:

• AI future predictions clearly indicate that AI will lead to reduction of jobs. People who do routine and repetitive tasks are more likely to be replaced by AI-powered machines or robots. AI requires a one-time investment, whereas humans have to be paid monthly and need various facilities. AI saves money and hence businesses will use AI to reduce their workforce.

Will AI replace humans?

• AI only mimics human intelligence, but it cannot mimic emotional intelligence. The emotional intelligence of people is needed while dealing with clients in a business. This aspect cannot be replaced by AI.
• AI works only based on the date that is input.
• AI does not have soft skills like creativity, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ultimately, AI needs humans for it to work.

 

The future workforce influenced by AI will no longer do jobs that are routine. They need to be equipped with skills that will help them use AI in their work. Doing so will not only help them retain their jobs but will help them be more productive and efficient.
