Adelina Chalmers's Biography

Since 2011 I have helped hundreds of engineers and CTOs in companies as small as 10 and as big as 100,000 with issues from getting promotions all the way to securing millions of pounds from their non-executive boards or investors for engineering (check my 250+ LinkedIn Recommendations)

I was nominated on UK Computer Weekly’s Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech list in 2021 and won my place in the Top 50 Most Influential Women in UK Tech in 2022 and 2023.

Since 2013 I have been guest lecturing on the topics of: presenting for investment, building business cases and negotiation in the context of science and technology initiatives at Cambridge University. In 2024 I started lecturing at Oxford University Said Business School on their Executive Diploma in AI for Business Programme.

I have worked with scientists and engineers from Software Engineer all the way up to CEO/CSO/CTO who work for: Fujitsu, ARM, Amazon, Apple, Deloitte, Compare the Market, Microsoft and hundreds of scale-ups.
