Daphne Costa Lopes's Biography
Daphne is customer-obsessed. She is on a mission to break organisational boundaries and innovate across products, marketing, sales, and services to deliver fantastic customer experiences.
Today, Daphne heads up Customer Success for the UK at Hubspot and is a CX advisor for tech start-ups. And she brings with her a decade of industry experience in CX having worked with start-ups, scale-ups and Fortune 500 companies. She built GTM and CX teams from the ground up, injecting customer-first approaches into organisations of all sizes. Her track record includes helping build future-of-work start-up Wndyr as their Head of Operations. She has led CX transformations for large organisations such as Lufthansa. Her CV is packed with examples of helping businesses re-invent their customer journeys to deliver value to their customers, faster.
Daphne is the host of the 'This is Growth!' podcast, and has spoken at conferences such as The Customer Conference, Pulse and Leap. With an MSc. in Product Management, she authored cornerstone Customer Success Articles such as 'What Makes a Great CSM?', 'Real Application of Machine Learning in Customer Success' and 'Customer Success in Times of Economic Turmoil'.
