With a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, marketing, and consumer culture, Dr. Ilhan brings a unique perspective to the challenges of the digital age.
As former Director of Cultural Strategy at Deloitte Digital and Senior Trend Strategist & Brand Futurist at Mintel, Dr. Ilhan has guided global leaders through disruptive shifts, consistently delivering multi-million dollar value. Her work in human-centric digital transformation and strategic foresight has reshaped how organizations approach innovation and customer, workforce and digital experience.
An accomplished academic and practitioner, Dr. Ilhan holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with minors in Communication & Sociology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a focus on consumer culture, transmedia engagement, and cultural branding. Her research has been published in top-tier journals and she continues to shape future business leaders as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
